Hello... Anyone still remember us???

Hey, a big thank you to our wonderful friend, Mr. Clooney, and his wonderful family.  You guys encourage us, and help us think of keeping going, a whole lot more than you'd ever guess.  Thank you for checking on us even though our last post is older than some of the cats now on the Blogosphere!  =^~^=

There's no pretty way to say it, Mumsy here has physical and mental illnesses that just give her problems sometimes.  When the problems flare up or get worse, I get super depressed and withdrawn.  The longer I stay withdrawn, the harder it is to come back.

My Therapist keeps urging (by that I mean insisting and prodding) that I do something to reconnect with the outside world.  This is a lot harder than I thought it would be, I'm sure I sound like an idiot.  But, well, there you go.

Thanks to Ms. Ann at Zoolatry we quietly kept up with what was going on.  Nivki, you guys over at Fuzzy Tales have really been having a hard time too!  We hope better feeling days are coming soon for all of you.

Thank you, everyone.

It's good to see you back and hope we'll see more posts.

Thanks for stopping by...yes, we're both feeling better now, knock on wood. A few sneezes here and there, but not sick like we both were.

Our human says it's hard to connect. She manages just fine at work, thank goodness, or in a casual setting with one or two people, but really doesn't connect with humans outside of the office, which isn't healthy. And it's hard to change, hard to step outside of one's comfort zone, no matter what the health issues. Lots of purrs, hugs, and universal Light.

Hi There! It's very nice to see a post from you guys. It can be very hard to get back out there (so to speak) after withdrawing for a time. I hope you start feeling better and maybe take it one day at a time. The cat blogosphere is a great place to connect. Everyone is so nice!

Of course we remember you! We are saddened to learn your mom has been going through difficult times, so we're glad she is posting again! You didn't sound like an idiot at all, and Ann is such a sweetie to keep up with you. We meet her last December and she is as nice as can be.

Hopefully things will get better and the first post is the hardest. There's times when we just put one foot in front of the other and plod along as best we can, and we are purring everything will be easier and brighter for your mom. Best wishes, purrs & hugs to you all!

Hello! Our peeps both suffer with mental illness too so we understand--it's no picnic. Blog when you can, and maybe occasionally even when you "can't", it does help. xx

The Mom from Fur Everywhere here. I know what it's like to be depressed, and I've found that keeping connected with friends is tremendously helpful. I hope that you will continue to update your blog and let all of us support you in the good times and the not so good ones. <3
