International Box Day a'la Kwee Cats

Happy International Box Day!

We had so many box photos, we decided what we need is a montage.  So we took all our favorite ones we collected between last year’s and this years International Box Day and made us a collagamontection.  Yup, that’s what we did.  We hope you enjoy it, we sure had fun making it.

Duchess does not get excited about boxes.  (We know, we don’t know what’s wrong with her either.  Mumsy even put her in a box.  Duchess said, “Woooo” and then jumped out and ran to Mumsy.  She even tried putting Duches and a box alone together in a room.  Duchess said, “Woooo….. oooooo…. wwwoooooooooooo” till Mumsy came and let her out.)  So, Piewhackits has a post for International Box Day over at the Tabby Cat Club.  Duchess is in her comfy, soft, warm bed.  Yup.

Duchess Does Easter

We hope all our wonderful friends have happy and blessed holidays... Passover and Easter good wishes and peace to everyone!

Mumsy has been having a terrible time with her allergies.  They've been making her feel really yucky.  So she only made one kitty hat!  ...and some yellow tulips.  Our grande dam, Duchess dons her Easter bonnet to wish everyone a happy and blessed Easter.

Running the Heater - Again

Hi Kitties and Wonderful Friends!

We had us some great sunshine and even a couple of days warm enough to open the window for some great whiffies.  But today, it's cold again.  We even had to turn the heats back on...again.

Duchess is spending this chilly day chillin' in her snuggy warm bed.  (The photo is kind of dark on account of Mumsy is trying to not use the flash on the flashybox so much so we won't keep looking away right when she's ready to click it.  We tried making it brighter.  Believe it, it  does look better!)





In recognition of the colder air outside.  We are sharing a photo Mumsy took back in February when we had even more cold air and that slicky ice stuff.

Miss Duchess Walks Away the Pounds

First, we want to thank Mr. Brian for our wonderful Inspiration Award. Mr. Brian, we have proudly put it in our sidebar along with a link to your site when you click on it. We thank you Mr. Brian, not just for the award, but also for keeping us inspired. You and your sisters make a difference everyday, and you sure make a difference in the world to us. So, (((hugs))) and thank you so very much for thinking of us.

Next, we wanna be sure and thank everyone who sent their purrs and love out to our Mumsy. As you can see, she's finally home and inching her way back. We are helping her with every inch. Our Mumsy has what the doctors calls a disorder. She does not really like to talk about it. Sometimes, it just messes things up and she has to go in a hospital for a while. Then she comes home and we get lots of attention. She for sure wants everyone to know she deeply appreciates all the care and purrs, it sure makes her feel just bunches and bunches better. Thank you, everybody, all our sweet and wonderful friends.

Today, we are showing off our Miss Duchess. She is showing everyone how she does the "Walk Away the Pounds" exercises.

Mo Cats and LOL Cats

Our Mumsy had a little kitty...
One that was a stray...

Mumsy fed her, and loved her
and Miss Duchess decided to stay.
She is now matriarch, free with no pay
Here she rules all she may survey.

Domino was being abused by some children.
So from them, Cat Daddy Junior took him away.
Domino decided this is a good place
to live, sleep and play.

Poor Oliver was tossed out, thrown away.
His pretty long fur matted with dirt and clay.
He was so sweet, Mumsy asked him to please stay
Now he gives her hugs every day.

Pungy was a tiny kitten, a small gray stray.
Mumsy loved her immediately
Little Punge and Cat Daddy Junior, every day
Love to play

Then, much to our dismay,
Little Pungy fell out of the window.
Mumsy cried till finally Pungy came home
In the family way.

Pungy had, after her foray,
Three little kittens that had a lot to say
As food dishes began to look like a buffet,
Mumsy's love never did sway.

Piewhackits, Sneaky Pie and Odysseus
Joined our family on their birthday.
As each furry life, to here found their way,
Our Mumsy said Mo Cats, Mo Cats! Are very okay!

We are so excited! Miss Wendy LOL'd us! She is good at LOL'ing! We like our LOL's so much we are going to present and share them one at a time. But, we'll understand if you get excited and just has to go Miss Wendy's LOL-Spot and see them all now!

Our first one is, very appropriately, sweet Miss Duchess!

Oh, we got a Pee Ess too: Our Mumsy does writing Flash Fiction. But that poem is the first poem our Mumsy has written. And she did it for us! Amazing what a few Mo Cats can do for a hum-man, ain't it?

Miss Duchess is a Senior Kitty!

What do you mean, we’re postponing my ManCat Moday???

We had big plans for how everything was going to go today, Monday.  We had SneakyPie’s ManCat Monday all ready to go.  Then we decided we needed to do something else,  (We’ll get to that in the next paragraph.)  Then CatDaddy was not feeling well.  He never gets sick.  That got all the Kwee Cats upset and Mumsy distracted from our blogginer for almost the whole day!

So, finally, here we are with what we decided on for today!  First off, we want to thank Sweet Momo.  She suggested our Miss Duchess check out the Kool Seniors Kitty Klub.

They so nice.  They fixed up this sidebar tag for our Miss Duchess, and just welcomed her big time to the Kool Seniors Kitty Klub.

Now, she’s so happy!  She just rolled around and Mewed all over the place!  We’ve never seen anyone be so happy about being 10 years old before!

 

She even rolled around to upside down!

Hey Everybody, Its Our Firstest Post

This is it! So we gots our betterest typer kitty on for our firstest post. We all are so excited! Alls our own Bloggerin sight. Our Mumsy bees still helpins us gets all our pick-tours reedy. That's Domino at the tops of our page. Next to Duchess, he bees the oldest so he gots that spot first. But we alls agreed we gets a share on it.

This is Miss Duchess. She gets this first post where as she's the ode-est kitty what lives here. She bees a cow-lick-oh turtles shell. She founded that in a book so its right. We wuz her. Especial Ohdeeseayes wuzes Miss Duchess. But she likes us to bees aleavin hers alone. She makes hisses, not kisses, at us ifs we gets two close.

In our first writes we kittys do, we make big thank youes to the very pretty Daisy the Curly Cat. She's a model. (Sneaky Pie hases a crushed on her, but he wants it two bees just alike a seekeret.) Our Mumsy starteds dooin the Wordless Wednesday cos she learnded it by seein Daisy's fun Wordless Wednesdays. Then we wanted our bloggers too. If it hadn't beans for Daisy showins Mumsy it bees fun, we propably never bees havin our own bloggers. Bunches of kitty thank yous, Daisy, from alls us Kwee Cats. You bees our hero-ess. (That bees a pretty lady hero.)
